Samsung Unveiled Galaxy S7 Edge Olympic Edition on July 7

For welcoming the upcoming Summer Olympics, Samsung, the biggest mobile phone manufacturer in Korea, unweiled an Olympics-themed Galaxy smartphone: Galaxy S7 Edge Olympic Edition on July 7.
This special edition aims to celebrate the upcoming Rio 2016 Summer Olympics, sporting a sleek thematic design, but otherwise the same specs and features as the regular Galaxy S7 edge, which was released earlier this year. Except for different aesthetic designs, the phone is the same product as the Galaxy S7 edge. Just like Galaxy S7 edge, the Olympic Edition have a 5.5-inch Super AMOLED display, Snapdragon 820 or Exynos 8890, depending on the region. Rear camera capacity reaches 12MP, with 5MP on the front. Battery capacity is 3,600mAh.
The smartphone has five different colors on the display. The Olympic edition has a black body and sport gold color tones around the home button and the earpiece. The smartphone will have red tones around the power and green on volume toggles. The colors are the same as the ones used on the Olympics Games logo. In addition to the color differences, the phone also comes with some custom wallpapers and possibly a theme related to the Olympics Games.
The upcoming Olympic edition on July 7 with the Olympics-themed design makes some iPhone users who love sports wonder about switching their iPhone to Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Olympic Edition. However, it is quite difficult for iPhone users to transfer data from iPhone to Samsung phone. Unlike Samsung’s other special edition releases like the Batman phone, The Galaxy S7 Edge Olympic Games Limited Edition will be released in the United States exclusively at Best Buy on July 18th in limited quantities. The phone will also be available in South Korea, Germany, and China. Samsung has not released any information on the price.

Google Released Nexus 10 with Retina-alike Display and Multiple Users Support

The Nexus 10 configures with a 10″ Tre RGB Real Stripe PLS screen display with up to 2560×1600 pixels screen resolution, which means it reaches up to 300ppi. It is said that the screen could produce quite sharp image, excellent color saturation and provide wide angle for view. The overall performance of the screen display is no inferior to Retina display of the new iPad. Without any doubt, such wonderful screen would produce amazing visual experience to watch HD movies on Samsung Nexus 10.
Nexus 10 sports a great 10-inch WQXGA 2560 x 1600 resolution Corning(R) Gorilla(R) Glass 2 display with 16:10 aspect ratio and 330ppi. It is powered by a dual-core Cortex A15-based 1.7GHz Samsung Exynos 5250 processor with 2GB of RAM, NFC, dual speakers on the front, Bluetooth 4.0 and WiFi 802.11 b/g/n (MIMO+HT40). It features dual-camera: a 5-megapixel camera on the back, and 1.9-megapixel on the front for taking pictures, video calling etc. The 9000mAh battery promises 9 hours of HD video playback and around 500 hours of standby time. Other common features include: microphone, accelerometer, compass, ambient light, gyroscope, barometer and GPS.
Nexus 10 also comes with newly announced Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS. The main difference of Android 4.2 and its previous versions lies in home page. It adopts totally different layout from Nexus 7, thus there’s no possibility of disorder like that in Honeycomb and ICS. Another major change is that it brings multi-user account support like in Surface RT (Windows RT) to Android tablets. Users could login in with their own Google accounts and then customize individual home page, apps, etc.
Nexus 10 comes in two flavors: 16GB and 32GB versions. The 16GB version will set you back $399 while the 32GB is set at $499. This is full $100 less than the competing tablet, the new iPad, in the 10-inch tablet bracket.
Nexus 10 will be available on 13th November 2012 directly from the online Google Play Stores in US, Canada, UK, France, Germany, Spain and Australia.
