Apple updates iOS 4.3.2, Safari 5.0.5 and Xcode 4.0.2 for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch
Posted on April 14th, 2011 No commentsThe latest news for all Apple users: Apple has released iOS 4.3.2 for various models of iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch, especially to fix security issues and FaceTime calling with random images issues. Meanwhile, Apple also updated the Safari 5.0.5 and Xcode 4.0.2 for all Mac developers.
From the above picture we could know the main improvements and bug fixes. The update mainly includes content as below:
· Fixes an issue that occasionally caused blank or frozen video during a FaceTime call
· Fixes an issue that prevented some international users from connecting to 3G networks on iPad with Wi-Fi + 3G
· The latest security updates, including: Certificate Trust Policy, libxslt, QuickLook, WebKit, etc.
This update is compatible with most Apple products, including: iPhone 4 (GSM model), iPhone 3GS, iPad 2, iPad, iPod touch (4th generation), iPod touch (3rd generation). Apparently, iPhone 3G is not included in this iOS 4.3.2 update.
Also on Thursday, Apple released the updated Safari 5.0.5 for all Mac and Windows users. The new version in fact adds nothing, but enhances security of its previous version with two security holes patched to allow unexpected application termination or arbitrary code execution.
Aside the iOS 4.3.2 and Safari 5.0.5, Apple also released the Xcode 4.0.2 for all Mac developers. This update software is also available on Mac App Store. What’s more, the Security Update 2010-2011 for Snow Leopard, Leopard Client, and Leopard Server are also released for users.

Top 5 Office Augmented Reality Applications for iPad 2

For months, this mysterious HTC Sensation has been widely known as HTC Pyramid. Now the long-rumored Android phone is official and coming to T-Mobile under the moniker HTC Sensation 4G.
The HTC official promo video further introduced multimedia superphone HTC Sensation: a premium unibody aluminum design with true widescreen qHD display, rich high-fidelity audio, advanced entertainment capabilities with HTC Watch, full HD video recording, instant capture camera and an immersive HTC Sense experience that sets a new multimedia high for smartphones.
Just like what I predicted in another post, this new HTC Sensation features more powerful functions like 8MP rear camera, 1.2GHz dual core processor, 4.3 inch touch SLCD screen with PHD resolution (540*960 pixels), etc. The detailed specs of this HTC sensation are listed below:
It is said the Vodafone version of Sensation will launch in the European markets in mid-May, and other versions of this HTC sensation would launch in June. Meanwhile, the HTC Sensation 4G would come to market this summer under the communication giant T-Mobile.

Apple Releases iOS 4.3.2 Next Week to Fix Verizon iPad Connectivity, Face Time and More
Posted on April 12th, 2011 No commentsAccording to a report from BGR (Boy Genius Report), Apple will release the updated iOS 4.3.2 to fix bugs and address security issues on the iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch next week, especially for the new iPad 2 3G connectivity with Verizon.

“It’s said to include a few enhancements, address security issues, and it will also fix several bugs that have affected users. We’re told to expect the software update for the iPhone, iPod touch and iPad in about two weeks.”
It has been less than three weeks since the official release of iOS 4.3.1 from Apple. And now, the new updated iOS 4.3.2 is reportedly right on the corner to fix problems in iOS 4.3.1 software. Shortly after the release of iOS 4.3.1, the Dev Team has come up with an iOS 4.3.1 jailbreak. And now, Dev Team is facing an even greater challenge to work out an unlocked iOS 4.3.2.
As known to all, the Verizon iPad 2 was having some problems with connecting to the 3G network. Apple confirmed the problem and characterized the number as “small”, but only said they were investigating it and offered no further information. If the BGR informant is right, this new update will fix the connectivity problems faced by the Verizon iPad, which will make many users happy. And also, if the iOS 4.3.2 is going to release next week, then the Face Time glitch might be a another focus to fix in this OS. Some unsnapped pictures may appear when users try to make a FaceTime call with iPhone 4. This has led dissatisfaction of users. Apple may get solutions for the two main problems in the new OS.
Also, it is said that some security holes are to be solved in this updated iOS 4.3.2 to enhance user experience, as well as fixing some bugs of the previous iOS 4.3.1.

Rumored iPad 3 to Be Ready for Production, May Have a Place in This WWDC

When other tablet companies are suffering from the material shortage due to the Japan earthquake, Apple has snapped up materials to ensure an abundant supply of materials for the peak period and planed to add new functions like 4G capability and other advantageous features to compete other tablets in market. And according to the news about iPad 3 on this WWDC, many people have been keeping skeptical about this. The iPad 2 has seen a 2.5 million sales in March alone. Though said to be a transition product to iPad 3, iPad 2 has got great attention and achievement for Apple. The great sale of iPad 2 is one of the main reasons for the dissenting voice. And another reason is about the product circle from Apple. Many people said that report of iPad 3 on this WWDC doesn’t meet the product circle of Apple product. That seems to make sense.
Still, many other people thought they got hint from Jobs’ words that “2011 is a year of iPad 2”. This could be a very good reason for people to guess no iPad 3 would appear this year.
Anyway, it would not be false that Apple has confirmed the accessory suppliers for the next generation of iPad. What we could do now is just wait for the latest news for the iPad 3.
