iPad conversions no working

Hi,

I've recently upgraded to this latest version.

If I attempt to convert a Blu-ray or DVD to an iPad Air (or any other iOS device I've had time to try) the resulting output has no video, only audio. It will also not be recognised by iTunes as a valid video format.

Converting to a 'standard' MP4 format seems to work fine in that I can replay them on my PC/Smart TV.

For your situation, please make sure the original video can play successfully. And please try a couple of other videos to see whether the same problem still happens.

It does, and they do.

It happens on all the DVD's and blu-rays I've tried.

Not the ones I use an iOS format for, it plays the audio with no image. If I use non-device specific MP4 it seems fine. This is for any DVD or Blu-ray I try since I upgraded to this version.

Is it possible to transfer my key to my other PC to see if that cures it? I only use the current one as it's a high-end nVidia games PC but the software doesn't really make use of it's power.

btw, tried converting another bluray today to standard MP4 format and even that now convers as audio only.
