Full movie won't covert to mp4

I just starting using this. I'm noticing that when I convert a full disc to mp4 at the highest quality, the last few seconds of the disc won't convert so the mp4 always is missing the last 5 - 6 seconds. It really bothers me and I want this fixed otherwise this is of no use to me. Please advise how to fix this issue.
