Blu-ray to DVD formats

Post by Blulink »

I downloaded the trial version of the Blu-ray ripper and want to convert to a format that will play on my DVD player. There are 17 formats to choose from. Which should I use.

Thank you in advance

Hi,

Thank you for posting on Leawo forum.

If your DVD Player supports video format, please kindly check the steps below:
1) Go to the Official Web of your DVD Player to check which video format it supports.
2) Please kindly check Step 2 and Step 3 at https://www.leawo.org/blu-ray-ripper/ri ... dvd.html#t to select output Profile and set its video&audio Settings.
3) Use a USB connection to transfer the video files to DVD player for playback.
If your DVD Player supports disc only, we recommend you to use Leawo Blu-ray Copy at http://www.leawo.org .

Any other questions, feel free to contact us.

Best regards,

Thank you for your response. My DVD player only supports discs. The only discs it recognizes are those that have VOB, IFO, and BUP files. The Blu-ray ripper has a VOB option but it doesn't generate the IFO and BUP files. Blu-ray Copy won't generate these files. What will?

Hello,

Leawo Blu-ray Copy will generate the VOB, IFO, and BUP files in VIDEO_TS folder if you selected DVD as output.
We also sent screenshots to your mailbox.
