Funniest Office Pranks for April Fool’s Day 2011: Fool Others and Be Cautious Not to Be Fooled

Hi, everybody, have you ever experienced some really embarrassing things but laughed at it yourself some day? Once my friend bought a vivid plastic pizza cake just like the above one for his girlfriend on April 1, his girlfriend was unaware of this prank and became really happy and could not help eating the delicious cake. Then, you know what happened next.

On April 1, you have to be really careful not to be fooled by your tricky colleagues as they would play various pranks which are definitely hard to realize. And never pull an April Fools Prank that you couldn’t handle if it was played on you. Of course, if you are the pranks maker, keep in mind that you should always look at the worst case scenario of the prank you are attempting. If you or anybody else loses their job – it won’t be so funny.

To relief and produce a less stressful work circumstance, and for a happy Aril Fool’s Day, you can use the following pranks on April Fool’s Day or any other days of the year you are inspiring to be a little naughty. Remember that the secret to a good April Fools Pranks is to look innocent and try to have an alibi.

1. Attach a string to the back of the victim’s desk drawer. Then run it up the wall, into the suspended ceiling, to a small container attached to the ceiling directly over the victim’s head. When the drawer is opened the string will be pulled, dropping a shower of confetti onto the victim’s head.
2. Take an item from the victim’s office (something they use a lot such as a special coffee cup, stapler, pencil cup, etc.). Take a picture of the item and leave it on the victim’s desk (in the same spot where the item was located), along with a “ransom” note.
3. First, take out your friend’s drawer. then tape a squeaky dog toy to the inside so that when you put it back and slide it in, it goes, “squeak squeak!” when it’s squashed.
4. Set the ring tone on your cell phone to an embarrassing bodily function and turn the volume up all the way. Hide your phone in their desk or under their chair. Call your cell phone from your desk phone. Everyone will think your victim has a problem!
5. Steal all the victim’s pens and replace them with pens that have the caps glued on.
6. Remove your victim’s desk chair and replace it with a bench from outside (the heavier the better!).
7. Buy a bunch of googly eyes from a craft store and stick them everywhere all over a person’s desk.
8. Put a sign up that says, “Please use other door” Make sure to put signs up on all of your entrances or exits.
9. Get your victims’ cell phone – go into setting and change their phone to a different language. That should keep them busy for a while.
10. Coordinate everyone in your office to play a practical joke on your boss. Throughout the day, each person should email, voicemail or leave a note for the boss, saying they need extended time off. Each person should give a different explanation: pregnancy, sick family member, etc.
