Step 1 Launch the software and import a PPT file

Step 2 Make custom settings for files to convert
Double click on a file in the list or select it and click Customize to customize its conversion parameters.

In the Customize Settings interface, you can make settings for five options, i.e. Timing, Music, Audio, Slide and Conversion.


Step 3 Set output style and location and make advanced settings for profile
Select a preset output style in the Style field. Specify a path to the output flash video. Note the profile may change with the style you set.
