Trim start and end points out of sync/wrong

when i want to start the DVD trimming at a certain point, like i want to start the beginning trim point at 00:10.000 (10 seconds), the output file ends up being started at 00:16.00 (16 seconds, or something after the start point/time i wanted). I also want to start and end output video at exact points (in this video's case - start at 00:00:09.78O and end at 13:25.070) and it doesn't seem to be able to do that either and the trimming ends up being different in the output file than what I wanted/typed in.

Any fixes?

I am using the latest version (3.2.0.0). my dvd ripper notifies me when a new update is out. i am still having the same problem even in the latest version.

I have tried the new version you sent me and i'm still having the same problem. the time it starts (at 16 sec.) is not the time I wanted and told it to start it at (10 sec.)

Thanks for your feedback. Please take the following steps to send us the log.
1) Add your DVD to the program, right-click the added files to go to Bug Reporter.
2) The Bug Reporter window will display, click Report button to go to the output folder.
3) Find the file with ".dmp" extenstion and send it to dvd@leawo.com.

I am having another problem with trimming. I'm using version 3.3.0.0 (with nvidiaCUDU on). The ripper is cutting off about the last 6 seconds of what I am ripping. I don't know if it's because I am starting the rip at a specific trim point, but when I play the DVD in the "trim preview box" it plays through to the end like it should, but when I rip it and play the output file the video is cut off by about 6 seconds.
