AVI converter cannot convert MP4 files

Recently I tried the MP4 converter and quickly upgraded to Pro because I was so pleased with the results and possibilities.. One thing I could not get to work is to convert my MP4 to AVI, even though it does (seem to) give you the option in the panel, but when I add my MP4 file it does not convert, and I dont get any preview on the preview window.

So, I just assumed I needed the AVI Converter, and went ahead and purchased the Pro version, but I have the same problem as explained above.. I cannot convert my MP4 to AVI.. I do not get any error messages, and it actually starts converting, but a 230MB file gets converted in 6 sec.!! but of course does not play..

Does this mean none of these programs convert MP4 to AVI? It does list this format on the website.

Could you please kindly do as follows to send us bug report so that we could check?
1) Add your AVI file to our program, right click the added file to go to "Bug Reporter".
2) Click "Copy Info" and then paste those texts into email and send to us at support@leawo.com.

I want to convert a MP4 video file to AVI or MOV file type. How would I do this on my new Mac? Documentation says I have Quicktime X, but I cannot find can any one help me on this?
