Hi,
I'm using the free DVD to iPhone converter version 2.3.1.0 and I've converted 2 movies. I only get sound in the right speaker on both. Please advise.
I'm running windows 7 with the latest versions of programs.

Thanks for your support in our software.
As to your problem, please kindly check the "Channels" under the audio settings to see if you have chosen "mono". If so, please change it to "stereo" and then convert again.
