Audio out of sync

I just bought this software. However, after I convert two Blu-ray discs to mp4 format (1280x720, all in default), audio out of sync on both videos.
It plays fine at the first half of the videos but audio out of sync at the later half.
My two Blu-ray discs are 1. Iron Maiden-En Vivo!
2. Dream Theater-Live At Budokan

I find the problem. It's the software's own fault.
I rip with another software come from another company, no audio out of sync at all.
Developer, please fix it asap or my money back.
