Playing discs after creation

I purchased the programme today. After burning one video file to de Blu-ray disc as a test, Windows Media Player says "empty disc" and my Samsung Blu-ray player says it doesn't recognize the disc. How can I solve this?

Hi i have roughly the same problem as you i have jstt purchased LG 3d Burner, When i put disk in it says that no writable disk in the drive.

I dont know if its a driver isssue or software ? If you get any advice please let me know, i will do same for you.

Leawo bluray creator have updated the version and it solved the problem, if still not working for Leawo Bluray Creator, we recommend you can tell us whether the preview in our software is OK or not. What's format of the input file and how large of it. Click Help-bug reporter to send us then inform us to followup.
We'll solve the problem asap if the new version get the problem.
