which files to convert

when I click add video, the files on dvd are displayed. Which ones do I select to convert? some appear to be empty.

Which version are you using now? The latest one is 3.2.0.0. After loading your DVD, you will see several titles listed. You can try to play them one by one, choose the one which shows the main movie to convert. Thanks,
