HTC EVO 4G

I have a new HTC EVO 4G
Android based phone and I am experiencing problems converting video to a format that will run on the phone. I'm using Leawo MP4 converter and it doesn't do the trick. some videos will begin playing but then freeze shortly thereafter.

Any suggestions ?????

1) Please kindly look up in the introduction book of your HTC EVO 4G Phone.
2) And find the detailed information of the video parameters that your HTC EVO 4G phone supports.
3) Then please try to set the correct format and video parameters (video codec, bit rate, video size, frame rate, etc.) on Leawo program to convert.
