Video not completely converted

I have been using Leawo for some weeks and am very please with it. I have the most up to date Version ( 2.4.0.0 )but the last few times only about 5 minutes of the file has converted. What can i do to rectify this?

Please tell us what kind of format do you want to convert to? Or you could send us a screenshot of your profile setting. And could you please kindly take the following steps to send us the bug report and your original video file for us to check?
1. Right-click the added video file on our program to send us bug report, please choose “Copy Info” and email those texts to support@leawo.com.
2. Please send us your original video file via"Yousendit" (www. yousendit.com).
Hope with your coperation we could get a solution to your problem ASAP.

I do not understand how to find the bug report - where do I right click on the added video - in the file where it is saved? there is no option to copy info.

Also to send a file as big as a video tv program you have to pay to sign up for yousendit.


I am trying to convert AVI files to MP4 files- it was working perfectly - not sure if it all went wrong when I updated to the latest version . I have tried uninstalling and installing again but no joy.

Thanks for your feedback.
As to your problem, please kindly download the avGrabber2.dll” file https://rcpt.yousendit.com/871152563/e2 ... 93da947e0b .
And then replace the “avGrabber2.dll” file under the" C:\Program Files\Leawo\XXX " folder with the one downloaded. Next try to convert.

This did not work for me - I saved the new file and deleted the old avGrabber2.dll . But then when tried to convert file got the message " aldter.exe has stopped working " .

I may just have to give up - but its a shame as I did think your product was very good until now.

You saved the new one at first and then deleted the old one? So you have renamed the "avGrabber2.dll" file, right? Please just replace it, and then try. If you have any other questions please feel free to contact us. Regards,
