Audio does not match video

I'm using your free iPod Converter. Everything transferred fine from the VOB file but the audio is out of sync with the video. What can I do please? Thank you.

Thanks for your support in our video converter.
Please kindly send us the bug reporter so that we could check. It will be much helpful if you could also send us the original video and output video files so that we could check.
