sound no video on conversion

hey,i have a leawo video converter.when ever i convert a mov. recording to wave or avi. i have sound but no video.any ideas? Thanks

that is the same issue that i am having and my settings are right. my converted files make it to about 25 seconds and then, no video, but the audio is still there. if you uncheck video, then there is no video at all. i am getting very frustated and about to ask for a refund

Could you please kindly check that which version you are using now? Now the latest version for Video Converter is 2.5.0.0. Please try this version to convert.
If you still have the same problem using the 2.5.0.0 version, please kindly send us the following information to support@leawo.com for us to check:

1.Please tell us exactly what kind of format do you want to convert to? Or you could send us a screenshot of your profile setting.

2. Right-click the added video file on our program to send us bug report, please choose “Copy Info” and email those texts to us.

3. Please make sure to provide your original video file which is necessary for us to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

You could send your video file via "Yousendit" (www. yousendit.com) which is free if the file is less than 100MB.

If your video file is larger than 100MB, please refer to attached screenshot of winrar setting to compress and divide the file to less than 100MB for free-sending.

Of course, you could send through any other ways available.

are you kidding? what kind of support is this? yes i have the current version, i just purchased it! i have computer knowledge, im not in my first rodeo here. i bought your product because i was obviously impressed enough by the freeware version. i guess now my question is, how do i get a refund?? when i purchase a product and ask for support, i figure the person claiming to have enough knowledge of the product to run a forum should be able to hold a conversation to help solve the problem, not send me on a goose chase to download and send my files to said person. i think that in the ways of customer service, you owe me a little more than that!!! anyway, i shall be seeking a refund and looking for a different product that 1) works! 2) provides clear and helpful service and i will be recommending all my other friends that work with dvd movie making not purchase this product!!!

bump. i need to reach someone to have this issue taken care of. i ordered this program with my debit card and my bank is very good about fighting charges and getting refunds for items with poor customer service and relations. i have only had to take those steps twice and have always come out on top. i have been through the main site's support tab and there is not much there either. funny you can find support everywhere for the freeware, but not the purchased product. one very unsatisfied customer here! i dont have unlimited time to upload files, which are of minor children, by the way, while their parents are waiting on the dvds of their last dance recital!!! i have already found a much more user-friendly program with way better customer service, so i need the info for refund.
