Hello,
Thanks for your feedback and sorry for the inconvenience.
Your program is Video Converter Pro and DVD Ripper, do you get the problem with Video Converter Pro? We recommend you to go Tools-Options-Conversion to check Enable DVD Navigator then restart Leawo to rip again. If not working, please redownload the program from http://www.fomore.biz/upload/Leawo/vcdvdrp_setup_se.exe to try. If still not working, could you tell us your computer system and configuration? Please also send us the screenshot of the "TMCStandard.exe has stop" to support@leawo.com then inform us here. We'll solve the problem asap.
Best regards,

Hello William,
Thanks for your reply and sorry for the delay.
Did you get reply from Annie?
Which version are you using now? (Help->About->Version number)
How did you get the error message? Did it crash as soon as you start it? Or when you loading your file? Or during the conversion prosess? Are you able to play your source video or DVD on Leawo for preview before conversion? Please kindly describe your issue as much detail as possible so we can best assist you. Thank you.
Best regards,
leakeymore
