Unable to start DVD Creator

Hi,

I just purchased the program 2 days ago. Installation of the program seems to go okay. After installation I was able to run the program only once after activation. Now when I click on the icon the program does not launch. I have uninstalled the program and reinstalled it a few times with no success. ANy suggestions? I am using Win 7 Prof 64bit.

We recommend you to switch off all your antivirus programs and firewalls then reinstall the program from http://download.leawo.com/download.php? ... 27e0e1cab4. If you still can't lauch the program by double click desktop icon, please click Start-All programs-Leawo-Leawo DVD Creator to try. Or you can go C:\Program Files\Leawo\DVD Creator to double click DVD Creator icon to try. If still not working, please tell us your computer configuration, we'll solve the problem asap.
