When Converting MKV to AVI I only get about 10 or so minutes ? I can not the the whole movie ! Yes I am using registered product.
Any idea's or suggestions?

Did you load the the whole MKV video to our program? Are you able to play the whole video for preview in our software? We recommend you to try other options(directly drag or File-Add Video Files with Directshow) then convert it again. During the conversion, is there any error information? Please tell us the details, we'll solve the problem asap.
