stopped working

I have been successfully using leawo for a long time but it has now stopped working and every attempt at a conversion just brings up a video2mp4.exe has stopped working message, does anyone know what the problem is and how to cure it as i have already tried to uninstall and reinstall and have gone back to the older app but still the same.

Wait a while then use the Mp4 converter, it will be OK. Or switch off all your antivirus program and firewall to reinstall the software from http://www.leawo.com/video-converter/free-mp4converter.html.

I have now uninstalled leowa, turned off av and firewall and reinsatlled and it still has exactly the same problem.
