HD Video Converter problem with elapsed time

Hello

I bought the HD Video Converter. When I tried to convert one video, the HD Video Converter showed me, that it has need five hours to convert that video. This is a normal function.
I have a old version of PSP Leawo Converter, and this program need thirty five minutes to convert one video in high definition.
Something more about HD Video Converter. This program need the Quicktime in six version or above, I have the last version of Quicktime, but when I choose “Edit” the HD Video Converter showed me a bad function, the video that I choosed from my computer appeared very slow, and his sound was very bad too. When this program finished the convertion something strange happen. The first second of the selected video showed a green screen. That is normal too.

As to the conversion time (HD Video Converter---five hours VS PSP Converter---thirty five minutes), did you convert the same video using the two converters? There are several factors that affect the conversion time, the original video size, the profile settings (video & audio parameters) you make for conversion, etc.

About the "bad function and green screen" problem, what's the format of your input video file? If it is MOV or MP4, did you check the Enable Quicktime option? The file that I choosed is MPEG-4 Movie, and I tried to converter the same file by the two programs.
I choosed the same parameters, but the elapsed time of the two programs (HD Video Converter and PSP Leawo Converter)were diferent.

HD Video Converter elapsed time: Five hours.
Estimated Size: 110mb.

When I choosed "Enable Quicktime", HD Video Converter showed me that he need five hour to transform one video file (MPEG-4 Movie).
I have no problem with AVI Video.
