MKV with 5.1 Only shows Stereo

Hi,

I've got multiple MKVs which have 5.1 surrounr sound. These are mixed between AAC/AC3/DTS. When I try to convert them to MP4, the dropdown for channels only shows Mono & Stereo. Please could someone let me know why I can't convert to 6 channel

Thanks for your email.
We are sorry to thell that the program does not support Dolby Digital soundtrack at present, you can get 2 channels audio convert using our software. We keep researching and developing, and will try to add this function in future version, please kindly keep an eye on Leawo software.
