Hi
Just bought the Blu-ray copier. However it always jumps to step 2 in copying process. Then it burns for 20 seconds and says disc is ready. I have tried preview of source disc and it cannot show anything. It is like it just won´t read the content. However it does work out SIZE of content through quick scanning.
What to do? 5 blank discs already destroyed...

Me again!
Seems if I mark "main movie" it copies. But if I use "full movie" it won´t start decrypting. WHY?? Mystery in (not) motion.

No answer. Where is Webmaster and producer of this product? Very disappointed. Rating..? Do not ask me now.

What's your settings of the disc mode? DVD5 or DVD9? Please take a screenshot of the main interface to show us your settings, and send to support@leawo.com. Thank you.
