Can't use Blu Ray copy

Bought blu ray copy and every disk I try to copy it tells me.

Temporary folder where the disk requires at least 294591216 GB of free space

Please download the new program at http://199.30.140.230/download/tmp/bluraycopy_setup.exe to reinstall. Please load your Blu ray disc to copy again. If still the same, please go to this directory C:\Program Files\Leawo\Blu-ray Copy\log, find the log file to send to us at dvd@leawo.com.

What's more, how large is your original Blu ray disc? How large is the space of your temp folder? Could you please send us screenshots to show us the size? Thank you for your cooperation.
