BD player want play copy.

Copyed Movie with Blueray copy. It will play on pc, but not my BD player.

Could you tell us the name and model of your BD Player?
And we may need below informaion to solve the problem asap, could you provide?
1)What country are you located in? What's name of your input disc?
2)Which version of Leawo Blu ray Copy do you use? The latest version is 2.1.0.0.
3)Please send us a link of your blu ray disc at the site http://bluray.highdefdigest.com/releasedates.html.
4) Are you able to play your Blu ray on Leawo for preview before copy? You can click "More Info" to play for preview (if the "More Info" is gray, please change the copy mode to try).
5) Please kindly send us a screenshot of Leawo Blu ray Copy main interface to support@leawo.com then inform us here, so we can know your settings such as source, target, copy mode, disc type, etc.
6) Are you able to load the output DVD disc to Leawo Blu ray Copy program? If not, what error did you get?
7) Please load your input bluray disc again, then click Bug reporter to send us.

Sony BDP-S580
Version 2.1.0.0
Can play burn copy in pc , also play preview in more inform in main movie mode.
Name of movie is Date night.
using Verbatim BD-R LTH TYPE 2x I am using Image Bxxxx to burn movie from saved folder on hard drive I sent copy of screen to support link . thinks for any help you may have to offer.

sorry , I forgot I live in usa. when playing bd copy which was main movie only so to fit on 25g disc . the first screen you see after loading into pc is a screen that show play or chapters.

Our R&D team are all hard at working trying to solve the problem, could you provide more information for us to test and solve the problem?
1) Are you able to play your original disc well on your Sony BDP-S580?
2) Could you tell us the details when you play the output disc on your Sony BDP-S580? Is there any error information? Please send us a picture/screenshot of the promping when you play the output disc by Sony BDP-S580.
3) We highly recommend you to change the Copy Mode to Main Movie or Custom Mode then burn the disc again, please check the output disc of Main Movie or Custom Mode to see whether it/they will be played by Sony BDP-S580 or not.
Please inform us here if you send the information. We'll work the problem out asap.

Yes, the original will play fine.
On the Sony player, it says loading, for 15 seconds than say home. I tried to reload again just same loading than back to home.
This is a main movie only , the disc is approx 32g long with all of the previews. Since it will play in my pc BD player. it makes me think some is missing for start up ?

Do you burn the disc again by changing the Copy Mode to Main Movie or Custom Mode? We see from your screenshot, your copy mode is Full Movie now.
Please change the Copy Mode to Main Movie or Custom Mode then burn the disc again, and tell us the result.
We searched by your provided email, but found no bug reporter, could you click Bug reporter to send us? (Click the down arrow icon on the top right corner, you will find Bug reporter)

Thanks, I will try to do in the next few days been working alot of over time at work . I will send bug report , do I do this when i start to copy to main movie mode? thanks again

If there is the problem for the Main Movie or Custom Mode, please restart Leawo and click bug reporter, then select the input BDMV folder to send us the bug reporter.
