Application Quits

I purchased the application but revery time I try to use the Mac video converter, it crashes and says: "LeawoMacVideoConverter quit unexpectedly."

I've tried to convert WMV, avi and mkv files to various formats like VOB-MPEG2 and MP4-MPEG-4 and MPEG-4 AVC and MOV, etc but every single time it crashes when I hit the convert button.

I am running Snow Leopard 10.6.4

Which version are you using? The latest version of Leawo Mac Video Converter is 1.8.0.0, please kindly download at http://www.leawo.com/download/mac/macvi ... _setup.php to try. If you have the same problem with version 1.8.0.0. please take the following steps to send us bug report so that we can check and get a solution for you.
1) Right-click the added file to go to "Bug Reporter", then click "Report" button.
2) The /var/tmp folder will display, from where please find the "leawo-dbg.dmp" file and send it to us at mac@leawo.com.

If it is convenient, please also send us your input video file via www.yousendit.com. Thank you in advance.
