Tring to convert AVI, nothing happens.

So I bought and downloaded the leawomacvideoconverter, open it up, drag in the .AVI file, it gives me a message that says
/Users/Censored/Pictures/iPhoto Library/Originals/2009/Jan 10, 2009/CLIP0002.AVI

and it gives me the two options "OK" and "COPY"

but regardless of which one I click, nothing happens. . . For almost $40 this sure is turning into a hassle.

1. Which version of Mac Video Converter you are using now?(You can get it from "Help"-"About" on the interface.)
2. What's your CPU of your computer, intel, or power?
3. What's your Mac OS version, 10.4, 10.5 or 10.6?
4. What's the capacity of the RAM, 256MB, 512MB, 1G, or 2G?
5. Please also send us your original video file so that we could check. (You could copress the file according to the attached picture and send it by " Yousendit".)
