Conversion Hangs at 98%

Just downloaded DVD Ripper HD from the app store, and then downloaded the decrypter program. When I drag in a dvd it begins a conversion process gets to 98.XX% and then just hangs. The program is responsive, but not sure why it hangs at 98% and won't complete. Tried new and old decryption options, same issue.

Thank for your feedback here and sorry for the inconvenience.
If you downloaded the DVD Decrypter and run it before running the DVD Ripper but not working to load DVDs, we recommend you to go DVD Ripper HD->Preferences, change the DVD loading mode to use special mode. Then save the settings to restart Leawo and re-load. If still not working, could you try more DVDs and tell us the result. If you just can't load this DVD, please go to your DVD VIDEO_TS folder, find all the IFO files and compress them to send to support@leawo.com then inform us here to follow-up.
