Provide manual advance with Blu-ray output of PPT2DVD

In PPT2DVD, manual advance is possible with DVD output but not BD. Manual advance is a major reason for using PowerPoint in the first place compared to many other slideshow software possibilities, so this feature would be invaluable. The DVD spec has a limit of 99 chapters and hence there is a limit of 99 manual advance steps. I would like several hundred steps with Blu-ray Disc, if that is permitted by the spec.
