Help!

When I am trying to convert my PowerPoint -file, PowerPoint pops up in the frontground and wiev the presentation. I have try to close the presentation window and not in five hours each, but its not working. It stand still on "capture video and audio". This presentation have just 3 slides, and no audio, so it can no way use so long time! Please help! :(

Which version are you using now? Please check for updades and make sure you are using the latest version.
