Leawo FLV Converter* no longer working

My Leawo FLV converter* has failed to work for the past month (Aug-2). I have tested this program often with the tutorial example on the home page which ends in the same message "Download Error{Error when receiving data}, Task Fails". How can I get past this problem? Thank you.

*Sorry I mean to say my Youtube downloader, not my FLV converter. Thanks.

Which version of the Youtube Downloader you use?
And from which link that you try to download the video so that we could directly test?

I'm using version 2.1.1.2.
The link I'm using is the tutorial home page (http://www.leawo.com/youtube-download/videosites.html). The monitor message prompt comes up and I click download.

We have tried serveral times to download the video at http://www.leawo.com/youtube-download/videosites.html and it could be download successfully.
Please delete the record of the video that has the error when tried to download, and then try.

I tried again and the problem persists.
I erased all the records of the failed downloads and it has made no difference. I tried a video on youtube and the same result occurs.
