1. What is FLV?

2. What is ActiveX Control? Why does the program tell me to have it installed? What do I need to do?
ActiveX Control is a control using ActiveX technologies. The best player for FLV is the Adobe Flash Player, and Active control is a necessity for the player. 3. How to improve my video with your program?
Drag the slides for contrast and brightness for a better picture.
Drag the sound volume to amplify or reduce the volume of your Flash video.
Place a watermark in JPEG, GIF, or animated GIF for an effect for your video.
Place a text at the point you wish to add instruction for the video, or add fun.

4. How to set a profile?
In the first interface, click "Settings", and get the "Profile" dialogue box. If you have all the parameters set, like video and audio codecs, video and audio quality, bite rate, sample rate, etc., click "Save As…", and type a name in the box, click "OK". Then the name will be in the list of Profile.

5. How to set the transparency of the image for watermark?
In "Logo", browse in your image, and set its place over the video. In "Transparency", click "Select". In the window, firstly, select a pixel in the left picture with your mouse curser, and then drag the "Tolerance" bar to remove the pixel and the pixels within the tolerance. Secondly, drag "Tranparency" slide to set the opacity of the all picture until it reaches your wish.

6. How can I know the original properties of the Flash video?
You may get it selected and click the program icon on the top left. "Edit list" > Properties, then you may refer to the parameters of the original Flash video.

7. Where is the button for PSP Manager?
Click the program icon on the top left > PSP Manager.

8. How can I change the format of the snapshots, and the folder?
Click the program icon on the topo left > Options > Preferences.

9. What can I do if I can't solve the problem when using the program?
